• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience creating, enhancing, and maintaining process documentation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint;
  Power BI experience preferred.
• Familiarity with financial systems such as TM1 is a plus.
• Demonstrated attention to detail, accuracy, and adherence to deadlines.
• Strong control mindset with sound problem solving and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast paced environment.
• Working knowledge of private alternative investment structures and operations (e.g., Private Equity, Real Estate, and Credit) preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field preferred.

• Support the Private CFO team across process improvement activities, core financial reporting, and forecasting.

• Support and participate in key automation and process improvement initiatives.
• Assist with ongoing deliverables, including calculation and delivery of equity and carried interest estimates to the General Ledger.
• Perform weekly monitoring and forecasting of current quarter projected investment related revenue, including public market pricing, FX impacts, and private valuation estimates.
• Produce quarterly PPNR revenue and balance sheet forecasts, including assumption collection, input validation, and review of model outputs across revenue streams and related expenses.
• Partner with cross functional Finance teams to enhance financial processes, controls, and systems.
• Contribute to ad hoc analyses, projects, and initiatives as business needs arise.
