This Family Office focused on Real Estate is seeking a Real Estate Tax Associate for their New York, NY office. This role will support strategic tax planning and portfolio analysis - you will coordinate tax compliance, review returns and K-1s, and assist with financial modeling and investor reporting across the firms commercial real estate portfolio.
Key Responsibilities- Lead portfolio reporting, financial analysis, and forecasting for a large commercial and multi-family real estate platform
- Assist with tax compliance and tax planning processes
- Support tax compliance and strategic tax planning
- Assist with asset-level budgeting, forecasting, and investor/lender reporting
- CPA
- 2 - 8 years of Public Accounting experience
- Experience supporting tax compliance, organizing/delivering tax records, preparing supporting schedules, tracking open items, and reviewing tax deliverables
- Understanding of Real Estate financial concepts
