Associate - Secondaries Private Capital Advisory

This role offers the opportunity to work on high-profile secondaries transactions

• Support the execution of GP-led and LP secondaries transactions
• Build and analyze complex financial models and valuation analyses
• Prepare marketing materials, investment memoranda, and client presentations
• Conduct market analysis and investor positioning
• Coordinate due diligence processes and interact with top-tier private equity sponsors and institutional investors
• Work closely with senior bankers on live transactions and strategic advisory mandates

• 2–4 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, secondaries, or related advisory roles
• Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical capabilities
• Prior exposure to private equity, fund finance, or secondaries transactions is highly preferred
• Exceptional academic background and professional pedigree
