Twenty Search is working with an innovative Casualty ILS business, seeking to hire its first in-house actuary. This hands-on role will work across pricing, reserving and deal structuring. Our client is seeking to hire a dynamic actuary who is technically strong, will be excited to work at the "sharp end" of the business on transactions and also has an interest in artificial intelligence/data science topics.
This role will suit an associate actuary or recently qualified actuary who has experience in the Casualty market, either from Consulting or Industry and wants to work in a start-up environment for a company which has excellent financial backing and a unique business model.
The company is based in New York and this role can be office based or remote.
Salary Range: US $150,000 - US $200,000 plus Bonus and Equity.
