Finance Manager

We are seeking a Finance Manager to oversee core accounting operations while supporting financial planning and operational decision‑making. This role combines hands‑on general ledger accounting, financial reporting, and process management with cross‑functional collaboration across leadership, operations, and finance teams. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, technically strong in accounting principles, and comfortable improving financial processes in a fast‑moving environment.

• Manage the monthly, quarterly, and annual close process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting.
• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, including preparation and review of journal entries, accruals, and adjustments.
• Prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations and investigate variances to maintain financial accuracy.
• Produce financial statements and management reports for leadership review and decision‑making.
• Analyze financial results, identifying trends, operational insights, and areas for cost optimization.
• Support budgeting and forecasting through financial modeling, reporting, and variance tracking.
• Maintain compliance with GAAP accounting standards and internal financial controls.
• Assist with external audits by preparing schedules, supporting documentation, and responding to auditor inquiries.
• Improve accounting workflows and processes to increase efficiency and reduce manual tasks.
• Work within accounting and ERP systems to maintain accurate financial data and reporting structures.
• Develop and maintain accounting documentation, policies, and internal procedures.
• Partner with internal departments to ensure financial activity is recorded accurately and consistently.
• Support additional finance initiatives and special projects as assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 5–8+ years of accounting or finance experience with strong general ledger exposure.
• Experience managing month‑end close, account reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Strong understanding of GAAP accounting principles and internal accounting controls.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience working with accounting or ERP systems.
