As the primary investment area within Goldman Sachs, we provide investment and advisory services for pension plans, sovereign wealth funds, insurance companies, endowments, foundations, financial advisors, and individuals.
Lead due diligence and evaluation process for GP stakes and preferred equity investments, with a specific focus on developing the investment thesis, identifying key risks, and fundamental valuation across a broad range of strategy and sector focused GPs.
Lead presentations of investment opportunities to the Investment Committee through written and oral presentations, and oversee development of Investment Committee materials and any required follow‑up analysis.
Lead the execution of investments across all deal types, including negotiation of key investment terms with senior leaders of potential GP partners, while also working closely with internal (e.g., internal counsel, compliance, risk and liquidity management) and external parties (e.g., external counsel, consultants).
Cultivate relationships with leading alternative asset managers for GP stakes and related capital solutions; contribute to thematic sourcing initiatives to support a robust pipeline.
Monitor the performance and risk profile of existing portfolio investments.
