Accountant, Financial Reporting, Accounting Manager

Experienced accountant responsible for overseeing month-end close, preparing accurate financial statements, performing complex reconciliations and variance analysis, supporting audits and tax filings, and ensure timely, compliant financial reporting.

• Lead month-end close cycle: prepare and post recurring and adjusting journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations.
• Prepare consolidated financial statements, management reports, and month-to-date/quarter-to-date variance analyses.
• Perform complex balance sheet reconciliations (intercompany, fixed assets, inventory, prepaid/deferral accounts) and resolve discrepancies.
• Support external audits and internal control testing; prepare schedules and respond to auditor inquiries.
• Maintain and improve accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure GAAP compliance.
• Assist with periodic forecasting, budgeting inputs, and ad-hoc financial analyses as required.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• 4–7 years of progressive general accounting experience, including general ledger and month-end close.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and experience supporting external audits.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
