Job Description The Private Equity Manager will oversee the day to day operations of a private equity fund accounting team and ensure the timely delivery of accurate financial reporting.
Key responsibilities include reviewing capital calls and distributions, NAV calculations, financial statements, fee calculations, and performance reporting. The role also involves maintaining waterfall models, supporting audits and onboarding processes, and identifying opportunities to improve workflows and operational efficiency.
This position will also involve managing and mentoring a team, supporting recruitment and training, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.### Skills & Experience
* 5+ years of experience in private equity fund administration.
* 3+ years of team leadership or supervisory experience.
* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field.
* Professional accounting qualification such as CPA is beneficial.
* Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
* Experience with NAV calculations, capital calls, distributions, and financial reporting.
* Strong analytical and problem solving abilities.
* Experience using fund accounting systems and technology platforms, Investran is highly desired.
