Join the J.P. Morgan Wealth Management (USWM) team, dedicated to helping investors achieve their long‑term financial goals. Our business includes Chase Wealth Management, J.P. Morgan Advisors, Personal Advisors, and our Self‑Directed digital investing platform, managing approximately $600 billion in assets with around 5,000 advisors across 3,500 branches and 20 offices

As an Executive Director Liquidity Specialist within J.P. Morgan Wealth Management, you will build relationships with field leadership and Advisors. The successful candidate will have expert fixed income knowledge and serve as a SME for field leaders, advisors and clients. This role is responsible for driving the growth of the short‑term investment product platform by building strong, trusted relationships with Advisors, delivering product and platform education, and demonstrating deep expertise in markets, rates, and liquidity management.

The successful candidate will act as a valued extension of the Advisor team, identifying new client opportunities, proposing solutions for existing client needs, and providing cash management recommendations.

Job Responsibilities
  • Serve as a highly visible, active member of the wealth management ecosystem, building relationships with field leadership and Advisors.

  • Maintain expert knowledge of short‑term investment solutions (e.g., money market funds, brokered CDs, short‑duration bond funds, mutual funds, Treasuries, bond ladders, checking, savings, CDs).

  • Act as a subject matter expert, presenting on the firm’s investment themes, platforms, products, and strategies.

  • Present on capital markets and investment solutions, partnering with field leadership to implement the U.S. Wealth Management strategy.

  • Lead business development initiatives-1:1 and group education, awareness campaigns, and market updates-and coordinate advisor development workshops.

  • Attend client meetings as the SME on investment solutions and positioning; deliver high‑impact presentations in group and partner settings.

  • Partner with Financial Advisors to source new opportunities and address existing client needs to attract and retain client assets.

  • Apply the liquidity management framework and cash bucketing in goals‑based discussions to assess near‑ and long‑term liquidity needs, with a focus on excess cash.

  • Collaborate with SMEs across Solutions and Practice Management to foster cross‑functional idea sharing and deepen client relationships.

  • Drive divisional goals to target, demonstrating value and contributing to overall busine

Required Qualifications , Capabilities, and Skills
  • 12+ years of investment experience

  • Series 7 and 66 licenses required

  • Bachelor’s degree required

  • Strong knowledge of macro interest rate environment; understanding of wealth management including, but not limited to fixed income, short‑term yield options, and banking

  • Proven track record of sales and relationship management success

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills - ability to advocate, influence, cultivate and build strong relationships

  • Skilled at presenting, with the ability to communicate effectively in both group and individual settings

  • Advanced analytical skills, including financial analysis

Preferred Qualifications , Capabilities, and Skills
  • Diversified wealth management and investment skills, including banking, lending, investment solutions, and wealth advisory

  • Sales experience strongly preferred

  • Ability to work actively within a team environment while maintaining accountability for personal goals

  • Team‑oriented, with the ability to interact effectively across various functions

  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate and synthesize data
