Nationwide Direct Lender on Bridge Loans & Commercial Mortgages at Express Capital Financing

We’re seeking candidates with a proven track record in lending, experience in commercial real estate financing, and a deep understanding of loan products and programs. Our loan officers receive:

  • Leads — as a nationwide lender, access to thousands of potential customers

Responsibilities
  • Build rapport and leverage relationships with existing and potential borrowers to meet their needs and exceed expectations
  • Understand all products and services to help borrowers select loan programs that fit their financial goals
  • Multitask and follow up with multiple customers daily
  • Build business relationships and referral partnerships to generate leads
  • Follow up on leads from Express Capital Financing’s marketing program
  • Originate loans and oversee processing and underwriting, including collecting financial data to assess program suitability
  • Ensure high-quality customer service throughout the loan lifecycle
Qualifications
  • Minimum 1 year of successful, documented closing experience
  • Effective communication skills including presentation, telephone, and email
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to manage a pipeline of 30–50 loans efficiently
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Google Drive)
  • General real estate or lending experience (mortgage, private lending, commercial lending, or real estate brokerage preferred)
  • No license required for private lending; bankers or NMLS officers are highly preferred but not required
