We’re seeking candidates with a proven track record in lending, experience in commercial real estate financing, and a deep understanding of loan products and programs. Our loan officers receive:
- Leads — as a nationwide lender, access to thousands of potential customers
- A custom CRM to track and follow leads
- In-house marketing and underwriting to help close deals
- Back-office support to assist you and your customers
- Training sessions to improve skills and understand market trends
- Top-rate commissions to increase earnings each month
- Build rapport and leverage relationships with existing and potential borrowers to meet their needs and exceed expectations
- Understand all products and services to help borrowers select loan programs that fit their financial goals
- Multitask and follow up with multiple customers daily
- Build business relationships and referral partnerships to generate leads
- Follow up on leads from Express Capital Financing’s marketing program
- Originate loans and oversee processing and underwriting, including collecting financial data to assess program suitability
- Ensure high-quality customer service throughout the loan lifecycle
- Minimum 1 year of successful, documented closing experience
- Effective communication skills including presentation, telephone, and email
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage a pipeline of 30–50 loans efficiently
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Google Drive)
- General real estate or lending experience (mortgage, private lending, commercial lending, or real estate brokerage preferred)
- No license required for private lending; bankers or NMLS officers are highly preferred but not required
