New York - Fund Formation/Investment Management Associate (Mid-to-Senior-Level)
The New York office of Reed Smith is seeking a mid-level to senior associate to join the Fund Formation/Investment Funds team. Candidates should have 4-6 years of experience in the structuring and forming private investment funds, negotiating with fund investors and handling fund operational issues is required. The successful candidate will work directly with senior leadership at our fund manager clients and benefit from our uniquely collaborative work environment.
Candidates must be an active member of the New York bar.

$265,000 - $390,000. This represents the presently-anticipated low and high end of Reed Smith’s pay range for this position. Actual pay may vary based on various factors, including but not limited to location and experience.
