Accountant, Financial Reporting, Financial Analyst

Our client, a fast-paced and rapidly growing wealth management firm, is seeking an experienced Senior Family Office Accountant to maintain comprehensive financial records for high-net-worth family clients.

This job requires you to be on-site in their Suffolk County, NY office.

• Prepare and execute all accounting functions necessary to report on the financial position of select ultra-high-net-worth clients
• Oversee bill pay functions
• Liaise and develop strong working relationships with internal service team members
• Prepare cashflow planning for high-net-worth clients including budgeting and forecasting
• Prepare timely and accurate financial reports and analyses
• Perform ad-hoc financial analyses and execute projects as required
• Maintain client household payroll
• Oversee junior staff to ensure accuracy of books and records

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, or relevant Master’s
• CPA designation preferred
• 4+ years of related experience
• Expert in Quick Books accounting software
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
• Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
