A leading global private markets investor with 50b+ AUM is seeking an Associate to join its Credit team in New York. The role will focus on evaluating and executing credit secondary investments across single assets, portfolios, and fund interests.
Responsibilities include:- Conducting detailed financial modeling and credit analysis
- Supporting due diligence and transaction execution
- Preparing investment committee materials
- Assisting with structuring, documentation, and closings
- Monitoring portfolio performance and preparing investor updates
- Supporting sourcing and broader team initiatives
- 2–4+ years of experience in private credit, structured credit, or investment banking
- Strong financial modeling and credit underwriting skills
- Transaction experience and excellent communication abilities
