Company Overview
A prominent investment advisory firm is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist. The role involves overseeing the Fund Accounts Payable Process and improving the functionality of the A/P System.
Job Responsibilities- Oversee and execute the Fund Accounts Payable Process
- Maintain and improve the functionality of the A/P System by Stavtar Solutions
- Oversee the company’s A/P mail and email boxes and ensure all invoices are processed in the A/P System
- Review invoices against service contracts to ensure accuracy
- Obtain and collect all necessary internal approvals on invoices
- Facilitate payments to vendors via ACH/Check/Wire via the Company’s bank platform
- Work with the Fund Accounting Team to ensure expenses are appropriately split between the management company and various private and public funds
- Prior A/P Experience Required
- Strong Excel skills
- Strong desire to work in the Hedge Fund industry
Salary: $85,000 – $100,000
