M&A Insurance Broker

Angove Partners is partnering with a top tier insurance broker, seeking an Assistant Vice President in New York. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with experience in RWI Broking.

What is the role?

As a member of the broking team on transactional insurance deals, you will handle a variety of work streams in a fast-paced and highly collaborative environment. The role will be very hands-on and provide in-depth exposure to M&A and corporate transactions. This role is based in New York City.

What will you be doing?

• Structure insurance solutions for complex M&A transactions, namely RWI.
• Advise private equity, corporate, and law firm clients on risk transfer strategies related to R&W exposures in deal contexts.
• Lead negotiations with clients and underwriters, securing competitive terms, pricing, and coverage enhancements.
• Coordinate cross-functional deal teams, including legal, accounting, investment banking, and underwriting partners.
• Manage client relationships and business development efforts within the New York deal community to grow the tax insurance practice.

What do you need to apply to this role?

We anticipate that candidates will have at least four years of RWI experience.
