Growing manufacturing company is looking for an experienced Controller to be a leader of the accounting team and right hand of the owner!
About the RoleThe Controller will oversee all accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.
Responsibilities- Manage the accounting team and oversee daily operations.
- Prepare financial statements and reports.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and financial reporting standards.
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- CPA or CMA certification preferred.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Experience in the manufacturing industry.
