We are working with a large, globally scaled investment platform to appoint a senior risk leader focused on Private Markets, with a particular emphasis on Private Credit.

This role sits directly within the Chief Investment Office and operates as a front-facing risk partner to senior portfolio leadership. The mandate is about shaping portfolio outcomes, strengthening underwriting discipline, and embedding forward-looking risk insight into investment decision‑making.

The successful candidate will:

• Partner directly with Private Credit leadership, CIO, and Head of Investment Risk on portfolio construction, concentration, and underwriting standards
• Provide independent, commercially aware challenge in investment discussions
• Bring structure and cadence to portfolio reviews and scenario analysis
• Oversee governance across partnership and externally managed structures
• Help position risk as an early voice in new product design and strategic growth initiatives

While the remit spans private markets more broadly, private credit experience will be particularly valued given current market dynamics.

We are interested in senior professionals who combine deep product fluency with executive presence whether currently in a credit platform, an embedded investment risk function, or a CIO/portfolio leadership role within an institutional environment.

This is a high‑impact mandate within a growing private markets platform.
