I'm currently recruiting on behalf of a high-growth AI native healthcare company who are hiring for a Head of Strategic Finance & FPA professional to join their team and engage in a variety of responsibilities.
They're currently around 20 people, NYC based (hybrid 2-3 days in-office) and this would be the analytical engine of the company, owning the operating model and financial strategy as they scaled
Mandatory Requirements:- 2-3 years IB/PE consulting experience
- 3+ years experience in a finance function at high-growth startups
- Build and manage the full operating model (forecasting, scenario planning, variance analysis)
- Lead annual budgeting across the organization
- Develop company-wide KPI frameworks and performance reporting
- Prepare board materials and manage investor / lender reporting
- Analyze unit economics and build frameworks for new market expansion
- Partner directly with founders on strategic financial decisions
- Compensation
: $170-250k base (dependent upon technical proficiency + years of xp) +
competitive equity - Reporting Line: Direct partnership with founders (CEO & CTO)
- Working Module: Hybrid (2-3 days on-site)
