About Us
Repool makes it extremely easy to launch and operate hedge funds, similar to Carta or Angel List for hedge funds. Founded in 2021, we are a profitable YC S21 fintech with over $6mm in funding and a small, hard‑working team of 10 split between NYC and SF. The hedge fund space is massive ($20T+ in assets) but very antiquated; we’re modernizing it to make launching and operating funds easier.
The RoleWe’re hiring for a junior or entry‑level Customer Success Manager with 0‑3 years of experience. Ideal candidates have come from a venture‑backed startup, finance, consulting, or straight out of college, preferably from a top 50 university with internships in tech, finance, or consulting.
You’ll own and build processes from the ground up, working closely with sophisticated clients in the financial services space and being supported by experienced startup veterans. The role is in‑person in NYC only (3‑4 days a week in office). We expect 50‑55 hour work weeks routinely, with occasional periods of higher workload.
What You’ll Do Here- Help establish and influence CS process, culture, systems, collateral, and best practices
- Onboard and maintain client relationships, helping emerging managers to succeed as capital allocators
- Help make strategic decisions about what to build, why, and when, and how to approach business challenges associated with early‑stage startups
- Collaborate directly with the cofounders on building the product and other business initiatives
- Prior CS, sales, or operations experience at a venture‑backed Pre‑Seed to Series D company, or experience in consulting/finance or other Wall Street‑style jobs
- Extreme curiosity and ownership mentality, with a strong desire to manage and figure out problems end to end
- Detail‑oriented, a stickler for getting things done right
- Great communication and collaboration skills
- A desire to be part of and help build a great culture as the team grows
- Passions outside of work
- A degree from a top 25 university/college
- Previous startup experience
- Previous finance experience
