Director of Investor Relations

We are working with a real estate investment firm seeking an experienced capital raiser to drive fundraising efforts across institutional and high-net-worth channels. This individual will be a key growth driver, expanding the investor base and deepening relationships with RIAs, family offices, and private wealth platforms.

• Lead capital raising efforts targeting RIAs, family offices, and high-net-worth investors seeking exposure to real estate
• Build and manage a robust pipeline of prospective investors while nurturing long-term relationships with existing partners
• Represent the firm at real estate and alternatives conferences and serve as a credible voice on the investment thesis and track record
• Collaborate with internal teams on pitch materials, due diligence packages, and investor reporting

• 8–15 years of experience in capital raising, investor relations, or alternatives distribution
• Direct exposure to real estate investments strongly preferred
• Demonstrated track record of raising capital from RIAs and/or family offices required
• Established network within the private wealth and family office community
• Deep familiarity with how these allocators evaluate real estate opportunities
• Ability to communicate complex strategies with clarity and conviction
• Series 7 and 63/65 licenses preferred
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or CFA a plus
