Prepare and disclose revised Loan Estimates as necessary throughout the loan process;
Review daily reporting to determine loans that require re-disclosures;
Compare, analyze and prepare and issue Loan Estimate documents while determining which fees can be changed in accordance with current regulatory requirements;
Identify and escalate any errors and/or omissions for all disclosures;
Monitor e-mail mailbox for requested change circumstances (COC) requests and create tasks as necessary from e-mail requests
