Investor Relations Coordinator – New York (Hybrid)

A highly respected, multi-strategy hedge fund in New York is seeking an Investor Relations Coordinator to join its growing Investor Relations team. This is a newly created, high-visibility role supporting senior IR leadership within a collaborative, performance-driven environment.

This opportunity is ideal for someone polished, detail-oriented, and eager to build a long-term career within investor relations or the alternative investment space.

• Manage complex executive calendars and coordinate meetings across multiple time zones
• Support preparation of investor reports and presentation materials
• Coordinate investor meetings, roadshows, and conference logistics
• Assist with investor communications and follow-ups
• Maintain CRM systems and investor contact records
• Organize travel and logistics for senior IR leadership
• Support ad hoc projects tied to fundraising and investor engagement initiatives

You will work directly with senior leadership and gain meaningful exposure to the broader investment team.

• 2–5 years of relevant experience (Investor Relations, financial services, executive support, or similar environment)
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills and professional presence
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, polished hedge fund environment

• $110K total compensation-$175k total compensation (compensation is commensurate with experience).
