• Define and diagnose problems, outline data requirements, and devise potential solutions
• Create studies, analyses, and presentation materials to inform decision-makers and make recommendations
• Ensure consistency of work by performing reasonability checks and exceeding customer expectations
• Mentor and guide less experienced staff while promoting teamwork and excellence
• Manage time and resources across multiple projects while adapting to changing priorities

• Bachelor’s Degree or its equivalent in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or closely related discipline
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in an actuarial role
• Completion of at least 6 Exam Components
• Strong analytical, oral, and written communication skills
• In-depth knowledge of actuarial principles and problem-solving abilities

• Master’s Degree or its equivalent in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or closely related discipline
• Completion of 10 or more Exam Components
• Demonstrated subject matter expertise and experience in leading complex assignments
• Familiarity with statistical analysis and predictive modeling techniques
• Proven ability to effectively communicate technical work to diverse audiences
