Work Schedule:Hybrid (50% onsite – 3 days onsite Week 1, 2 days onsite Week
2)
Position Overview
Seeking an experienced derivatives professional to support Fixed Income Middle Office operations across FX, Rates, Credit, and Municipal products. This role focuses on trade support, lifecycle management, reconciliations, and front office interaction within a fast-paced trading environment.
Key Responsibilities
Middle Office Support:
- Support trade capture, validation, and processing, including lifecycle event management
- Monitor internal trading and operational systems to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Investigate and resolve trade-related discrepancies
- Respond to inquiries from Front Office and Sales teams
- Communicate with counter parties and clients regarding trade details and queries
- Perform reconciliations between internal systems and external platforms
- Ensure adherence to internal controls and operational procedures
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 4 years of experience supporting derivatives products
- Working knowledge of FX, Rates, Credit, and/or Municipal derivatives
- Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and trading/operations systems
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment
