Compensation: $40 per hour

We are seeking a hands‑on Syndicated Loan Process Associate with direct experience in daily loan operations execution within a bank environment. This role requires practical, transaction‑level expertise in commercial and syndicated loan servicing — not credit analysis, portfolio management, or risk oversight.

The ideal candidate has proven experience managing the full lifecycle of syndicated loan operations, including funding coordination, drawdowns, rollovers, and agent notice processing.

• Execute daily syndicated loan operations, including drawdowns, rollovers, repayments, and loan settlements
• Process loan bookings, amendments, closing fees, and ongoing servicing transactions
• Coordinate funding activities with Treasury and ensure timely transaction execution
• Review and process agent notices and borrower instructions
• Prepare and release SWIFT messages for foreign currency transactions
• Reconcile loan balances, fees, and cash movements
• Monitor loan due dates and past‑due payments
• Maintain accurate and complete loan documentation
• Support audits and compliance reviews; promptly elevate operational issues

• Direct, hands‑on experience in commercial or syndicated loan operations within a bank
• Demonstrated experience with daily loan servicing activities (drawdowns, rollovers, funding coordination, agent processing)
• Strong understanding of loan documentation and loan lifecycle events
• Knowledge of reconciliations and basic accounting principles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Bilingual Chinese is a plus

Candidates whose backgrounds are primarily in credit risk, analytics, portfolio management, securities operations, or governance will not be considered for this position.
