Job Summary

X is a pioneering team committed to revolutionizing institutional access to the crypto markets. They are looking for a talented and driven junior trader to manage positions across various crypto markets and maintain seamless market coverage.
Responsibilities
:
• Trade and manage positions across various crypto spot and derivatives markets, working closely with portfolio managers and risk managers to determine best execution and position management
• Coordinate closely with the global trading teams to maintain seamless 24/7 market coverage
• Provide research, analysis, and trade ideas on various crypto, crypto-linked equities, and macro catalysts that may drive various firm positions
• Ensure accurate trade capture and quality data flow in our risk systems
• Execute and maintain up-to-date position reconciliation with a high degree of accuracy and timeliness
• Compile and analyze metrics for trading
• Work cross functionally with accounting and operations teams to ensure record accuracy and investigate discrepancies in a timely manner
Qualifications
:
Required
:
• Bachelors degree in a relevant discipline (STEM)
• 1 - 3 years of experience in options/derivatives trading experience at a bank, proprietary trading firm, or market-making firm. Crypto experience is a plus
• Basic understanding of options theory and greek risks
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Team-oriented
• Passionate about trading, macroeconomic markets, and interest in crypto
• Personal experience using various blockchain protocols and understanding of crypto liquidity conditions
Preferred
:
• Coding skills (Python, SQL) are desirable but not mandatory
