Head of Finance

We are a recently funded $27M Series A AI-native healthcare finance platform building the financial intelligence layer for hospitals and health systems.

Healthcare finance teams are overwhelmed by fragmented systems, manual reporting, and reactive decision-making. Our platform connects disparate data sources, automates complex financial analyses, and surfaces real-time insights so finance leaders can protect margin while improving patient care.

We partner with health systems and medical groups across the United States, from multi-billion-dollar enterprises to rural hospitals where financial clarity directly impacts access to care. Backed by leading venture investors, we are scaling rapidly and building a category-defining platform.

We are hiring a Head of Finance to serve as the senior healthcare finance authority within the company.

This is not a traditional internal accounting role. Instead, you will bring deep health system finance expertise into the core of our product — shaping forecasting logic, validating margin drivers, and ensuring our platform reflects how hospitals actually operate financially.

You will work closely with product, AI, and engineering teams to translate real-world healthcare finance workflows into scalable, automated intelligence.

• Architect and validate hospital P&L logic across service lines, labor, claims, and productivity
• Guide the development of forecasting frameworks built from GL and operational datasets
• Stress-test assumptions related to reimbursement, managed care, and value-based care
• Define how financial variance, risk, and performance insights should surface within the platform
• Provide executive-level validation on new product capabilities
• Serve as the internal authority on hospital finance operations
• Support strategic conversations with health system CFOs and finance leaders

• Former or current Health System CFO, SVP Finance, VP Finance, or equivalent senior healthcare finance leader
• Deep experience owning or overseeing enterprise-level hospital P&L performance
• Strong command of service line economics, reimbursement structures, and labor cost models
• Experience operating in value-based care and managed care environments
• Comfortable working hands‑on with financial modeling and operational detail
• Excited by high‑ownership, early‑stage environments

• Experience with major healthcare financial systems such as Oracle, EPIC, Cerner, or Strata
• Background in financial transformation, data modernization, or system integration
• Experience partnering with technology or analytics teams
