Our client is a Multi-Billion dollar Financial Services Firm with a HQ Office located in New York City and they are looking for a Senior Tax Manager level professional to help with their US tax compliance and provision functions. Ideal for a public accounting tax professional looking to apply their relevant experience to a top-tier in-house tax department.

• Oversee Domestic Federal, state/local tax compliance and coordinate Foreign tax filings with local service providers including extensions, quarterly estimates, and withholding tax filings work papers
• Oversee tax accounting provisions including work papers and journal entries
• Review annual FBAR filings
• Communicate and identify significant changes to senior management within the areas of tax law and income tax accounting
• Advise on new or potential activities, drafting memos documenting relevant tax law and application to the Company’s facts
• Manage correspondence with federal, state, and local government tax authorities
