We are a growing company seeking a skilled and experienced full‑time bookkeeper to join our finance team. Our ideal candidate is proficient in Quick Books, focused, and detail‑oriented. If you have a passion for numbers and enjoy maintaining accurate financial records, we want to hear from you! As our full‑time bookkeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing accounts payable and receivable, and ensuring the overall financial health of our organization.
You will work closely with our finance team and other departments to provide timely and accurate financial information.
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date financial records using Quick Books
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
- Reconcile bank and credit card statements
- Prepare and post journal entries
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Monitor and track company expenses
- Manage petty cash and expense reimbursements
- Assist in budget preparation and forecasting
- Maintain organized financial files and records
- Generate financial reports as requested by management
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial records
- Implement and maintain internal financial controls
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting
Required:
- Minimum of 2 years of bookkeeping experience
- Proficiency in accounting software such as Quick Books (Desktop and Online versions)
- Minimum 1 year Real Estate experience
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High level of integrity and confidentiality
$60,000-$70,000
