A middle-market investment bank, venture capital firm, or hybrid advisory platform may seek an Investment Banking & Venture Capital Analyst to support M&A, growth equity raises, and venture investments across early- and growth-stage companies. This role is ideal for candidates interested in startup ecosystems, innovation-driven sectors, and both sell-side and buy-side deal exposure

• Support M&A, growth equity, and venture capital transactions
  , particularly involving venture-backed companies
• Build and maintain financial models
  , including operating models, valuation analyses, and cap table scenarios
• Conduct startup, market, and technology landscape research across innovation-driven sectors
• Prepare pitch decks, investment memos, and fundraising materials for founders and investors
• Assist with venture diligence
  , including business model analysis, unit economics, and growth drivers
• Analyze cap tables, dilution outcomes, and financing structures across funding rounds
• Support capital sourcing efforts

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, or a related discipline
• Strong interest in venture capital, startups, growth equity, and innovation-driven industries
• Solid analytical skills with a foundation in financial modeling and valuation
• Ability to evaluate early-stage and growth-stage business models
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail and comfort working in fast-moving, less-structured environments
• Prior internship or experience in investment banking, venture capital, startups, corporate development, or consulting is a plus
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial research platforms (e.g., Pitch Book, Capital IQ, Crunchbase)
