Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $2,500 - $4,000 (with commission)

Schedule: Monday to Friday (8-hour shifts)

Education: Bachelor’s Degree

Language Requirements: English (required), and Chinese

License/Certification: We offer certification training

• Build rapport and leverage relationships with existing and potential borrowers to meet their needs and exceed their expectations.
• High level of comfort meeting new people and networking to prospect for new business leads
• Understand all of our products and services to assist borrowers in selecting loan programs that best fit their financial goals and needs
• Be able to multitask and follow up with multiple customers every day
• Working knowledge of standard loan products in the industry
• Follow up on leads generated through the Xuper Lending marketing program.
• Originate loans, manage processing and underwriting, collect customer financial data, offer loans, negotiate terms, and handle dwelling-secured applications
• Maintain top customer service throughout the loan process, analyze mortgage options for compliance, and deliver tailored, high-quality loan services based on client needs
• High School Diploma

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Google Drive)
• General Real Estate and or lending experience; either in mortgage, private lending, commercial
