Compensation:
$50–$200/hour (based on Analyst Rating Score, credentials, and approval scope)

Initio Sphere is a full-service private capital ecosystem where capital meets talent. We support fund managers, investors, operators, and finance professionals across private markets by integrating deal flow, analyst talent, investor relations, training, and placement into a single platform.

Our mission is to create real earning opportunities and verified credibility for serious private capital professionals. Strategic Capital Analysts do not wait months for placement—once certified and approved, they can immediately begin earning income on live transactions across our network.

Initio Sphere is seeking qualified finance professionals to join as Certified Strategic Capital Analysts.

This is not a traditional employment role. Analysts operate as independent contractors and are activated through our certification, verification, and approval process.

Once approved, Strategic Capital Analysts:

• Are promoted within the Initio Sphere platform
• Gain access to live deal flow and paid analytical engagements
• Support investors, fund managers, and operators on capital decisions and transactions
• Build a verified transaction track record and Analyst Rating Score

Certification tiers:

• Senior Strategic Capital Analyst
  · Lead Strategic Capital Analyst
  · Strategic Capital Analyst / Associate

Rating Score: 90–100

Pay: $150–$200/hour

Typical Background:
Former investment banking, private equity, venture capital, infrastructure, real assets, or senior consulting professionals with 5+ years of transaction and capital strategy experience

Rating Score: 80–89

Pay: $100–$150/hour

Typical Background:
Finance professionals with 3–5 years of experience in deal execution, modeling, valuation, or capital markets support

Rating Score: 60–79

Pay: $50–$100/hour

Typical Background:
Entry to mid-level analysts with strong technical skills and demonstrated analytical performance

Strategic Capital Analysts are engaged based on category-specific approvals, earned through assessment and performance—not tenure.

Capital structure analysis and optimization

Cash flow forecasting and liquidity analysis

Sensitivity, scenario, and downside modeling

DCF, LBO, and project-level valuation models

Comparable company and precedent transaction analysis

Football field valuation summaries

Support for pricing, structuring, and return analysis

Quality of Earnings (QoE) analysis

Commercial, financial, and operational diligence

Risk identification and mitigation analysis

Investment memo, IC, and investor presentation support

Analysts may only perform work in categories they are explicitly approved for.

Complete the Analyst Certification Assessment or approved training

Receive category-specific approvals (Capital Strategy, Modeling, Valuation, Due Diligence)

Become verified on the Initio Sphere platform

Begin earning immediately through hourly projects and live deal work

No cold applications. No unpaid “experience.”
Verified Strategic Capital Analysts are actively promoted to investors and deal sponsors.

To qualify, candidates must meet at least one of the following:

Score ≥70% in at least one category of the Analyst Certification Assessment

Complete Initio Sphere Financial Training

Hold an active professional credential (CFA, CPA, Series 7, 63, 79, or equivalent)

Each analyst receives a 0–100 Analyst Rating Score, which determines:

Platform visibility

Approved work categories

Recommended hourly rates

Scores are dynamically updated based on performance, quality, and client feedback.

Analysts operate as independent contractors, not employees

Hourly rates depend on Rating Score and approval level

Analysts may earn up to 10% of the first $100,000 in transaction fees

Maximum deal-based earning: $2,500 per transaction

Payments issued only after successful deal completion and fee collection

Initio Sphere reserves the right to revoke approvals for quality or compliance issues

Provide investment advice

Solicit or sell securities

Represent Initio Sphere in a regulated capacity

All work is limited to analytical, diligence, and financial support functions and must comply with applicable securities laws.
