Vice President Finance

A healthcare services organization with a distributed care delivery model is seeking a VP of Finance to oversee enterprise financial management and strategic finance operations. This role will help professionalize financial infrastructure, support executive decision-making, and strengthen enterprise-wide financial discipline during a period of operational refinement and growth.

Reporting to the CEO, this individual will lead accounting and financial oversight while partnering closely with operations and leadership on performance improvement, capital planning, and organizational efficiency. The role blends controllership leadership with forward-looking financial strategy.

• Provide enterprise-level financial leadership across multiple operating entities
• Oversee consolidated financial reporting and executive-level analysis
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and evolving healthcare regulatory standards
• Build and enhance financial policies, internal controls, and governance frameworks
• Lead enterprise cash management strategy and liquidity planning
• Coordinate external audits, advisors, and compliance processes
• Improve financial systems, reporting tools, and data visibility across locations
• Support enterprise budgeting and long-range financial planning
• Partner with operations to improve financial performance metrics and site-level profitability
• Evaluate reimbursement trends and financial risk exposure across payers
• Support capital planning, strategic investments, and growth initiatives
• Provide financial leadership during organizational restructuring or integration activity

• CPA preferred with strong technical accounting background
• Experience in healthcare services or other regulated, multi-location industries
• Track record of building financial structure within growing organizations
• Exposure to reimbursement-driven revenue models
• Experience leading accounting and finance teams in distributed environments
• Strong communication skills with executive leadership and operating teams
• Comfortable operating in fast-moving and evolving environments
