A leading financial services firm, private equity platform, or investment bank may seek a Private Capital Fund Analyst to support fund structuring, capital raising, and portfolio advisory. Build and maintain financial models for private capital funds, portfolio companies, and co-investment structures (e.g., NAV, cash flows, IRR, waterfall models)

Conduct industry research, market benchmarking, and fund performance analysis

Support fundraising, capital deployment, and co-investment transactions

Prepare investor presentations, subscription/redemption reports, and investment memoranda

Assist with due diligence, fund audits, and investor reporting

Collaborate with fund managers, investment bankers, and portfolio teams across capital and deal workflows

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Mathematics, or a related discipline

Strong skills in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and fund performance analysis

Excellent analytical, quantitative, and communication abilities

High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
