Our client is seeking a Controller for a hybrid role based in New York. As one of the world’s fastest‑growing snacking companies and home to a diverse portfolio of beloved global brands, they are looking for a strategic finance leader to oversee accounting operations, strengthen financial controls, and support continued growth. • Oversee all accounting activities including monthly close, consolidations, reconciliations, and accurate financial reporting under IFRS and US GAAP.
• Manage two ERP platforms (SAP S/4
  
  HANA and Microsoft Dynamics 365) and drive harmonization; leverage One Stream for global consolidation and performance management.
• Maintain robust internal controls, ensure regulatory compliance, and deliver clean audits (internal and external).
• Supervise AR, AP, payroll, tax, and working capital improvement initiatives with strong focus on AP efficiency.
• Identify and implement workflow enhancements to increase efficiency and reduce risk across finance operations.
• Partner with CFO and cross‑functional teams on legal structure simplification and strategic initiatives; provide actionable insights for decision‑making.
• Build a highly engaged team, develop talent pipelines, and maintain succession plans for key roles.

• Proven experience in FMCG/CPG sector with strong background in controllership and commercial finance.
• CPA designation; expert‑level knowledge of IFRS; advanced skills in SAP S/4
  
  HANA, Microsoft Dynamics 365, and One Stream.
• 10 years of relevant experience.
