Investment Banking Analyst - FinTech

I’m partnering with a leading global investment bank to hire a Senior Analyst for their high-growth Fin Tech team in New York City.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced analyst to join a highly active platform working on complex M&A and capital markets transactions across the fintech ecosystem (payments, embedded finance, SaaS, digital infrastructure, and more), with strong exposure to senior bankers and a clear path toward Associate promotion.

As a Senior Analyst, you’ll be a key execution team member across live deals and pitches, including:

• Building advanced financial models and valuation analyses
• Creating client presentations, CIMs, and marketing materials
• Supporting transaction execution on M&A and financing mandates
• Partnering closely with Associates and VPs on deal processes
• Mentoring junior analysts and helping manage workflow

• 1.5–3+ years of investment banking analyst experience
• Strong financial modeling and valuation skills
• Tech or Fin Tech exposure preferred (not required)
• High attention to detail with strong written and verbal communication
