The Fund Program Manager oversees the planning, execution, and administration of fund programs. This role ensures that fund initiatives are aligned with strategic objectives, monitors program performance, and drives operational and financial efficiency.
The position involves collaboration with investment teams, fund administrators, finance, and senior leadership to ensure funds are managed effectively and program goals are met.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage fund programs, ensuring alignment with organizational and investor objectives
Monitor fund performance, capital allocation, and program milestones
Develop and maintain dashboards, reporting tools, and analytics for actionable insights
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners, including fund administrators, auditors, and legal counsel
Support due diligence, risk assessment, and compliance monitoring for fund programs
Identify opportunities to optimize capital allocation, improve operational efficiency, and enhance fund governance
Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and updates for senior leadership and investors
Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and fund documentation
Preferred QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
Understanding of fund operations, capital deployment, or program management principles
Experience in fund administration, capital program oversight, or investment operations (preferred but not required)
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with PowerPoint, SQL, or fund modeling tools is a plus
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for reporting and stakeholder management
Ability to manage multiple initiatives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
