The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is responsible for leading the company’s financial strategy, planning, and operations
, ensuring fiscal health, regulatory compliance, and alignment with organizational goals.
This role involves collaboration with executive leadership, investment teams, operations, and external stakeholders to guide strategic initiatives, optimize capital allocation, and drive financial performance.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee all aspects of corporate finance, accounting, and treasury management
- Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with organizational objectives
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes
- Monitor financial performance, including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow management
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal controls
- Manage relationships with auditors, banks, investors, and other external partners
- Provide strategic guidance to senior leadership on mergers, acquisitions, and capital allocation
- Implement and maintain financial reporting systems, dashboards, and KPIs
- Lead, mentor, and develop finance teams to strengthen organizational capability
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; advanced degree (MBA, CPA, CFA) preferred
- Extensive experience in corporate finance, financial planning, and executive leadership
