We are seeking a highly motivated Senior FP&A Analyst to join our dynamic and growing Strategic Finance (Strat Fin) team. This role is essential in bridging the gap between the monthly accounting close and high-level strategic decision-making. As the primary owner of Gross Margin analysis and the guardian of financial reporting integrity, you will ensure our data is accurate, timely, and actionable.
You will be the "engine room" of our reporting cycle, supporting the creation of critical presentations for both internal leadership and external stakeholders.

Hybrid (3 days on-site) in our New York City office
Operational Liaison:
Act as the primary bridge to the Accounting team during the month-end close. You will monitor the closing schedule to ensure the Strat Fin team is perfectly synced with the latest results, enabling the delivery of variance analysis immediately following the closeGross Profit Ownership:
Serve as the subject matter expert on Gross Margin. You will monitor revenue and cost of revenue drivers, coordinating across teams to perform deep-dive variance analysis and provide insights that directly influence business strategyReporting Architecture:
Build, scale, and maintain dynamic financial models that support our core reporting cadence, including monthly pacing, quarterly forecasts, the Annual Operating Plan (AOP), and Long-Range Planning (LRP)Presentation Support:
Drive the creation of high-stakes content for internal leadership and external stakeholders (e.g., Board of Directors, Investors, and Lenders), ensuring all deliverables are data-verified and visually impactfulGuardian of Integrity:
Implement and manage rigorous reconciliation processes between various financial data sources to ensure absolute accuracy across all reporting channels and platforms
Experience:
3–5+ years in FP&A, Corporate Finance, or a related field, with an emphasis on monthly reporting and margin analysisTechnical Excellence: A proven track record of building sophisticated, scalable, and dynamic financial models in Excel or Google Sheets
Operational Detail: A solid understanding of fundamental accounting concepts and the nuances of the monthly close process
Analytical Mindset:
The ability to distill complex financial datasets into clear, actionable insights for senior business partnersCollaboration:
