Senior Associate, Strategic Finance (FP&A) - in the Music/Sports Industry
Join a growing Music/Sports/Entertainment company as a Senior Associate, Strategic Finance (FP&A) where you'll play a pivotal role in driving both financial and strategic goals.
This is a role on a growing team with tons of exposure to the C-suite and room for impact.
This is a perfect role for someone who wants to transition in-house from I-banking or Private Equity, or for someone already in a Strategic Finance or FP&A function.
This role is particularly awesome because of the leader it reports to and the team - it's also a rare job at the intersection of finance & music/sports.
The role- Financial modeling & growth strategy
- Drive overall planning, monitoring, are reporting of financial performance (budget, forecast, strategic planning)
- Develop dashboards, KPIs, and build presentations for stakeholders, parent company, and c-suite
- Cashflow forecasting
- Analyze performance vs. plans, forecasts, market share and competitive market analysis to bring insights to the org
- M&A, partnerships
- 1-4+ years of experience in in either I-banking or Private Equity, or from in-house Strategic Finance, Corporate Development, or FP&A
- Need to be strong in financial modeling and storytelling
- Bonus points if you have experience working in or on clients in music, sports, tech, health & wellness, hospitality, entertainment, etc.

Compensation: $125k -$150k base salary + cash bonus
