Vice President – Infrastructure Private Equity; Core​/Core Global Platform

We are partnering with a global mid-market infrastructure private equity firm with approximately $30bn in AUM to hire a Vice President into its New York investment team. This is a growth hire driven by continued fundraising success and an active deal pipeline.

The firm invests across core and core+ infrastructure, with sector coverage spanning digital infrastructure, energy and energy transition, transport, and environmental services. The New York office is an integral part of the global platform, working closely with teams across Europe and Asia.

As a Vice President, you will play a hands-on role across the full investment lifecycle, including:

• Leading financial analysis, valuation, and transaction execution
• Managing diligence processes and coordinating advisors
• Supporting deal structuring and investment committee materials
• Working closely with portfolio companies post-acquisition
• Mentoring junior team members and contributing to team culture

• 6–8 years of experience within infrastructure private equity, infrastructure investing, or a top-tier infrastructure or energy investment banking group
• Strong exposure to core and/or core+ infrastructure strategies
• Experience across one or more of digital, energy, transport, or environmental sectors
• Excellent financial modeling and investment judgment
• Motivated to grow within a long-term, institutional platform
