What role will you play?As a Senior Vice President, you will lead the team’s efforts in raising co‑investment capital from US‑based limited partners (both existing and new) to support the team’s strong pipeline of investment opportunities. Your key focus will be on building and maintaining appropriate relationships with limited partners who are seeking access to the global team’s strong deal flow. In particular, your network will include differentiated co‑investment capital from Registered Investment Advisors, family offices, wealth institutions and other Qualified Purchasers.
You will lead US marketing efforts on new investment opportunities, which will include investor outreach and marketing, negotiations and execution, as well as ongoing post‑investment management of limited partners. You will also be responsible for and drive the team’s US capital formation strategy. Longer term, there is scope to take greater leadership in deal origination efforts.
Salary range for this position: $325,000 - $400,000/Year. Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, peer and market data, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. You may also be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award.
What you offer- 10+ years of relevant experience which would ideally include capital formation but may include investment banking, venture or growth investing, or private banking experience. You must also have (or be able to obtain) the appropriate licensing requirements.
- Demonstrated track record of raising co‑investment capital.
- Network of differentiated capital sources and ability to influence decision makers.
- Strong understanding or interest in the latest technology trends and companies.
- Strong commercial judgement, excellent communication skills, and experience presenting to senior internal and external stakeholders.
- A collaborative leadership style and willingness to lead a key function to support the global team.
- Qualifications in Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering, or other relevant technical disciplines.
