- Create governance framework around enterprise risk
- Communicate challenges, issues and decisions to senior management and internal stakeholders
- Work with leadership to deliver on risk and regulatory change and technical initiatives
- Advise on new regulations and strategic risk management objectives to internal and external stakeholders
Professional Skills
- 2+ years of experience in financial services, Regulator or management consulting (with financial services clients - specifically sell-side/banking clients)
- Bachelor's Degree, Professional Certification (i.e. CFA or FRM is preferred)
- Prior experience in new business continuity or records retention within a large bank is a plus
- Previous experience in credit, market, liquidity, operational or enterprise risk
- Previous consulting experience is a plus
- Previous experience in enterprise risk is a plus
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
