Accounting Manager

Coda Search is partnering with a global trade and logistics firm recognized for its innovative solutions and international footprint. As the company continues its fast-paced growth, it is seeking an Accounting Manager to join the finance team and help strengthen financial reporting, streamline processes, and support strategic initiatives across the business.

This role offers the opportunity to lead key accounting functions, manage month-end close, and collaborate cross-functionally with FP&A and operational teams.

• Oversee the month-end close process, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Prepare and reconcile balance sheet and P&L accounts.
• Perform monthly variance and trend analyses to provide actionable insights.
• Assist in preparing monthly reporting packages for leadership.
• Partner with FP&A on budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
• Drive process improvements to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and internal controls.
• Review cash applications and account reconciliations for proper allocation.
• Support policy development, compliance monitoring, and internal controls.
• Prepare schedules and documentation for the annual audit.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics.
• 4+ years of corporate or public accounting experience.
• Strong general ledger and financial reporting background.
• Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, modeling).
• Experience managing month-end close and supporting financial statements.
