We’re partnering with a financial services firm in Midtown Manhattan seeking an experienced Operational Risk Analyst to join their Operational Risk Management team. This is a hybrid role offering strong cross‑functional exposure and involvement in firmwide risk initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Support the Operational Risk and Third‑Party Risk Management (TPRM) programs
- Perform third‑party risk assessments (onboarding & periodic reviews)
- Partner with the 1st Line of Defense on KRIs and risk monitoring
- Assist with incident reporting, root cause analysis, and management reporting
- Support RCSA processes and risk/control documentation
- Contribute to risk reporting, dashboards, and eGRC system enhancements
- Identify and assess operational risks across trading and business operations
- 2+ years of experience in Operational Risk and/or TPRM
- Hands‑on experience with RCSA, KRIs, Incident Management, Scenario Analysis
- Financial services experience (broker‑dealer or banking preferred)
- Experience with eGRC platforms
- Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills
- Risk certifications (e.g., CRISC) a plus
This is a highly visible role within a dynamic risk team focused on program enhancement, automation, and integration across risk functions.
