Compensation: $50–$200/hour (based on Analyst Rating Score, credentials, and approvals)

Initio Sphere is seeking qualified finance professionals to join as Deal Evaluation Analysts
.

This is not a traditional employment role. Analysts operate as independent contractors, activated through our certification and verification process.

Once approved, analysts:

• Are promoted within the Initio Sphere platform
• Gain access to live deal flow and paid analytical work
• Support investors, fund managers, and operators by evaluating, modeling, and analyzing deals
• Build a verified deal track record and Analyst Rating Score

Typical Background

Senior Analyst 90–100 • $150–200/hour
• Ex-investment banking, private equity, venture capital, senior consulting, or development professionals with 5+ years of deal evaluation experience

Lead Analyst 80–89 • $100–150/hour
• Finance professionals with 3–5 years of transaction analysis or financial modeling experience

Analyst / Associate 60–79 • $50–100/hour
• Entry to mid-level analysts with strong technical and analytical skills

Depending on your certification approvals, analysts may be engaged for:

• Deal Evaluation & Analysis

• Assess potential investments, deals, and transactions for financial, operational, and strategic viability
• Evaluate deal terms, structures, and risk-reward dynamics
• Review investment documentation, financial statements, and forecasts for accuracy and reasonableness
• Prepare investment memos, summaries, and recommendations for investors or deal sponsors
• DCF / LBO modeling
• Comparable company and precedent transaction analysis
• Sensitivity and scenario analysis
• Football field valuation summaries
• Quality of Earnings (QoE) analysis
• Commercial and operational diligence
• Analysts may only perform work in categories they are approved for. Approvals are earned through assessment and performance—not tenure.

Get verified on the platform

Begin earning income immediately through hourly projects and live deal work

No cold applying. No unpaid “experience.” Verified analysts are actively promoted to investors and deal sponsors.

To qualify, you must meet at least one of the following:

• Score ≥70% in at least one category of the Analyst Certification Assessment
• Complete Initio Sphere Financial Training
• Hold an active professional credential (CFA, CPA, Series 7, 63, 79, or equivalent)

Each analyst receives a 0–100 Analyst Rating Score
, which determines:

• Visibility on the platform
• Approved work categories
• Recommended hourly rates

• Analysts are independent contractors, not employees
• Hourly rates depend on Rating Score and approval level
• Analysts may earn up to 10% of the first $100,000 in transaction fees
• Maximum deal-based earning: $2,500 per transaction
• Payments issued only after successful deal completion and fee collection
• Initio Sphere reserves the right to revoke approvals for quality or compliance issues

• Represent Initio Sphere in a regulated capacity
• All work is limited to analytical, diligence, and deal evaluation functions and must comply with applicable securities laws.
