A leading middle-market investment bank or advisory firm may seek a Financing Advisory Analyst to support debt and equity financing transactions, financial analysis, and client deliverables. These roles are ideal for candidates seeking structured analytical experience, exposure to capital markets, and hands-on transaction support.

Develop and maintain financial models for debt, equity, and hybrid financing transactions

Conduct market and industry research, comparable company analysis, and credit assessments

Support live financing transactions, including capital raises, debt refinancing, and recapitalizations

Prepare pitch materials, investor presentations, and internal memoranda

Assist with due diligence, data room organization, and transaction execution
