Transaction Operations Associates support trading desks, portfolio managers, and operations teams by ensuring the accurate processing, settlement, and reconciliation of investment transactions. The role blends operational precision, data validation, and process management in fast-paced financial environments.

This position works closely with traders, operations, and risk management teams to ensure seamless execution, accurate reporting, and compliance with internal and regulatory standards.

Process and settle trades and investment transactions accurately and timely

Monitor transaction life cycles, identify exceptions, and resolve discrepancies

Reconcile positions across internal systems, custodians, and counter parties

Prepare daily transaction reports, P&L validation, and operational dashboards

Collaborate with operations, compliance, and accounting teams to ensure adherence to policies

Assist with fund transfers, capital calls, distributions, and corporate actions

Identify and propose process improvements or automation opportunities

Support ad-hoc requests and operational audits for senior management

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field

Knowledge of transaction operations, settlement processes, or investment operations

Familiarity with portfolio management or trading platforms preferred

Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy

Proficiency in Excel; experience with SQL, VBA, or operational reporting tools is a plus

Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Clear written and verbal communication skills

Interest in operations, transaction workflows, and investment processes
