- Drafting and negotiating complex finance and securitisation documentation.
- Engage in structured and secured finance work, including repurchase and warehouse facilities, syndicated credit facilities and securitisations.
- 8+ years' experience in structured and secured finance.
- Strong background in repurchase and warehouse facilities, syndicated credit facilities and securitisations.
- Excellent academic credentials and communication skills.
- Senior, partnership track role with real autonomy.
- High-value, sophisticated finance work.
- Direct client exposure within a top-tier finance practice.
- New York market compensation ($365k+), DOE.
- Hybrid office model.
