• Independently manage transactions from structuring through closing.
• Drafting and negotiating complex finance and securitisation documentation.
• Engage in structured and secured finance work, including repurchase and warehouse facilities, syndicated credit facilities and securitisations.

• 8+ years' experience in structured and secured finance.
• Strong background in repurchase and warehouse facilities, syndicated credit facilities and securitisations.
• Excellent academic credentials and communication skills.

• Senior, partnership track role with real autonomy.
• High-value, sophisticated finance work.
• Direct client exposure within a top-tier finance practice.
• New York market compensation ($365k+), DOE.
• Hybrid office model.
