As part of this expansion, the team is seeking an experienced, driven Assistant Manager of Investment Accounting. • Support and oversee end‑to‑end investment accounting activities for a diverse asset portfolio
• Lead components of the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes
• Prepare and review journal entries, reconciliations, financial schedules, and disclosures
• Analyze investment results, performance drivers, and valuation impacts
• Assist with the implementation of accounting guidance and new investment structures
• Collaborate with teams across Investments, Controllers, Reporting, and Treasury
• Provide technical accounting support and help enhance processes and internal controls
• Contribute to special projects and ongoing transformation initiatives as the portfolio expands

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field
• 3-5 years of relevant experience (hands‑on investment accounting or fund accounting)
• Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and investment accounting
• CPA or CPA eligibility strongly preferred
• Excellent analytical skills, with strong attention to detail
• Ability to handle complex accounting topics and multi‑step processes
• Proactive mindset with a desire for professional growth and increased responsibility
• Strong communication skills and ability to partner with cross‑functional teams
